The Giving App is easy to use, stores your checking account information for future giving, and allows for a better use of church resources because it has lower transaction fees than our online giving platform.
Please review the instructions below and email email@example.com or call 469-453-7783 if you have any questions or need assistance. If you have a giving schedule set up on the online giving platform (inFellowship), and you switch your schedule to the giving app, be sure to delete your schedule in inFellowship.
1. INSTALL THE APP
From the App Store, search for “FellowshipOne Giving,” and click on the FellowshipOne Giving app. The FellowshipOne Giving app is available for iOS and Android.
2. CONNECT TO NORTHWEST BIBLE
Once the app is installed, search for our name, “Northwest,” or zip code, “75225.” From the search results, click on “Northwest Bible Church.”
3. CREATE YOUR MOBILE ACCOUNT
The app requires an email login with a password and PIN. For your convenience, we suggest you use the same login information that you currently use for your inFellowship login. The app and your inFellowship accounts will be two separate accounts; however, all your giving will be combined into one statement.
4. GIVE TO NORTHWEST
To make a donation, sign in to the app and click, “Give Now.” The first time you give you’ll need to add your bank checking account and routing number. This information will be stored by the app for future use and can be edited in Settings. You may then make a “One Time” or “Recurring” gift.
To disable a giving schedule in inFellowship, sign in and click on Giving. Then click on the Schedule tab. Click on the name of your giving schedule and at the bottom left you will see an option to Delete.
