Staff Announcement - Angela Cirroco
It is my pleasure to introduce Angela Cirroco as our new minister to women at Northwest Bible Church.
Angela came to Northwest in 2016 as a new student at Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS). Prior to enrolling at DTS, Angela served for 16 years as an OB/GYN and critical care nurse in upstate New York. She was also very active in leading and developing ministries in her home church. Since coming to Northwest, Angela has been an active participant in our Ministry to Women, and in February, she agreed to serve on an interim, part-time basis to support the ministry while we continued our nationwide search for our new minister to women.
While we have had the privilege of screening hundreds of resumes and interviewing several qualified candidates for this critical role, God made it clear through the process that He was calling Angela to Northwest to serve as our new minister to women. Angela is an incredibly gifted shepherd and teacher. We have had the opportunity to see these gifts in action through various trainings, teaching engagements, and countless one-on-one encounters with women throughout our church. With a consistent spirit of humility, Angela has made her heart for the Gospel known as she has taken time to lead, teach and care for others.
We are excited that God has called Angela to join our staff to help write the next chapter in Northwest’s strong history of ministry to women. She comes with the full support of our Elder Board, our Ministry to Women Leadership Team and our senior staff. Angela began working full-time hours last week. Please help us welcome her by stopping by the office to say hello, or simply reaching out to her via phone (469-453-7753) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Finally, please join us in praising God for His on-going faithfulness to Northwest!
